Update problem

Just got my trinity yesterday, trying to update crom since my vehicle isnt listed on the tool.
Part dcx_gas
Version v.1r13c
Vehicle 2015 Ram 1500 v8 5.7l

When I start up the dsdownloader it automatically tries to update the crom to 1r13b?? after a few seconds it locks up and stops updating, tried disabling antivirus and other utilities, tried different usb ports no help. Closest it got was maybe 50% but on average 5%
