2011 Ram Hemi - Help questions

I just got my I2 tuner over the weekend. I set it to the Quick Tune 93 octane tune. What else can I do with my tuner to get the most out of the tuner without losing gas mileage. I also have a K&N CAI, BBK Shorty Headers, Flowmaster super series 40 muffler, and just put new I3 spark plugs in at my last tune. Thank you for the help.
