2014 Grand Cherokee "untuneable"

The vehicle was taken to the dealer earlier today, who "updated and reprogrammed the PCM" for us without asking.

The tuner will not re-load its old tune for the vehicle, or re-tune the vehicle anymore. It says the vehicle is untuneable, or that it needs to be updated, despite the fact that I plugged in and updated the tuner before plugging it into the vehicle. It was tuned for months prior to this.

Vehicle is a 2014 Grand Cherokee with the 5.7.

tool is still married, seems the stock tune was not restored prior t the dealer visit.

Please fax or email proof of the dealer reflash or post it here, then call with the tool powered up so we can reset it for you.
