Custom Tunes??

I have installed the 87 octane Easy Tune in my 2008 Jeep Commander 5.7. My goal is to obtain more torque for pulling an RV. I have noticed a definite increase in performance with the Easy Tune (haven't pulled the RV yet, but the torque is better). I do not want to go to the 93 Octane Tune so my question is this: Will a custom tune give me more torque (without going to the 93 octane tune) than the Easy 87 Octane Tune? Thanks.
