2013 F-150 5.0- retune needed?

I recently purchased a used F150 that was tuned for 87 and 35" tires. I noticed the speedo is a bit off and since purchase I've added a K&N air filter and catback exhaust. Should I retune? and if so any recommendations?

yes the previous owner gave me the intune unit he used to tune the truck

if you need to recal the speedo you can adjust it with the tuner no problem.

Is there a need and/or is it possible to tune due to the high flow air filter and the catback exhaust?
