DAMN THING DOESN'T WORK

Just Bought a i2010 tuner for my 14 dodge ram 1500 and says it's not supported, tried update and nothing seems to work any suggestions

Please post a copy of the info.xml file from the i2 drive.

HOW DO I UPDATE THIS THING ?? DO I GO ON DIABLO WEBSITE CAUSE I COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING THAT WOULD LET ME UPDATE AND THE HAND HELD ISN'T ASKING FOR AND UPDATE

plug it in to a pc, open the drive calle di2 and then the updater folder/windows folder, then click the intuneupdater2.exe and it will update the tool.

was a laptop issue pluged it into home computer and it works , updated and then uploaded onto truck, using the diablo tune first to see if I like it is there a towing tune ?
