screen problems

To the support Techs,
Got the predator for my Charger the other day, hooked it up and installed it. LOVE IT!! My Charger is a whole new car! MY ONLY problem is that the screen with become totally black on half of it or have runs of single lines down the screen. Both can block the view and I am unable to fully read what the messages are. Any ideas?

You should probably contact our tech department and get that thing replaced.

Any chance that you twiddled the contrast screw? This is the screw in a hole on the center back of the Predator.

no, not that i know of. it only effects half of the screen at a time.


I'll contact the tech department. if it gets replaced, do i have to send mine back in first?? I really hate to return to stock tune and be with out the predator, i hate the stock tune on this car. i've been spoiled.

Yeah, you will need to go back to stock until we fix it.
