Vehicle not Supported

hey, ive seen alot of people posting that when plugging the tune into the vehicle it say vehicle not supported. Well I took my 2012 charger rt in for service and they did a Software Flash for PCM. I tried to reinstall the tune today and im now getting the same message. Anyone know how to fix????

did you restore the stock tune to the vehicle before going to the dealership?

Yes I restored the stock tune. I double checked to make sure it was off

it finally let me update the i2, but can you check and make sure everything is rite

Same with my i recently got a i2 for my 2014 dodge charger rt and now is says
Vehicle not support it any help? I try to call yall no responde i left yall
