last summer wiped my computer had dealer reflashed and sent tuner to you to check. have not tried to rewrite until now. asks for updates does not recognize vehicle. hook to pc and it does not update. if you could please help, thanks

can you connect the intune to your PC and attach the info. xml file from the Intunes drive here so we can take a look at it?

It did finally update the other day for me and i did get the car to program.

I'm trying to tune my 2014 challenger rt with the intune I1000 DCX and plugged it in than said needed update so did that. Now I plugged back in Sunday which was 2 days ago i tried to tune it again and when I did it kept showing the loading sign for quiet a while than it went to a screen that says error occurred. So I said forget it than I'll do again later I plugged back in than said the same message so as I wanted to change back to factory settings it was taking longer to process and once it was in the process my brake and wheel locked, not even able to start the vehicle. I had to get it towed home luckily my friends had AAA and let me get one of there tows. So as of Sunday the car is sitting parked in front not able to turn on or anything can you please help me? I've also tried calling over 5 times says office is closed.
