intune issues again

Hello. Today I updated my intune. Then went and restored my factory tune. Or at least it told me I did. Then i proceeded to install the Diablo tune on my truck. I made it to what I thought was the end and complete tune. When I noticed the intune saying this vehicle has already been tuned by another intune. This is the second time this has occurred. Can this be corrected? What tune if any is on my truck now? Obviously its not stock. Or maybe it is? Thanks in advance for the help

sorry for the delay, save the attached file to the intune drive and let the device import it then you can load the update to the truck and reload the tunes as needed.
