In tune questions for 07 srt8 charger

Whenever I enter the adjustable parameters feature on my tuner it asks if I want to reset all parameters. What are the pros and cons of doing so? Second, evertime I exit adjustable parameters it asks if I want to install the cai 91 tune but it's already installed, should I really install it every time or is it OK to just say no? And lastly is it bad to jump around on different tunes (mainly the 93 octane tune back to my custom 91 tune) frequently (as long as I'm running correct fuel octane) without letting the car drive around for a few hundred miles to 'learn' everything again. Every time you modify something it asks you to install it so it can apply the changes to the already installed tune.
