2015 Jeep Wrangler problem

So I bought the Trinity and went through all the steps and updates. Went to install the tune in my Jeep and it removed the original file from the PCM and then wouldn't write the new file onto the PCM. Now my jeep won't start. I come to find out that I have to buy a new PCM from diablo. I bought that and am waiting for it to arrive. I'm just wondering if I'm going to have an issue trying to install the tune after I install the new PCM?

if you ordered the new unlocked pcm, you should be good to go.

Yeah I ordered the aftermarket PCM from diablo. The thing I'm worried about is the Trinity saying I have to restore the original to the stock PCM.

you'll need to contact us to have the tool reset first.

Can I reset the tool myself without needing tech support? With my job I have a company service truck so I don't have my Jeep during the week and work 7 am and don't get home til 7 pm.

nope.. you HAVE to call diablo tech support.. they're the only ones that can do it..

What all items do I need for the Trinity reset? Just the Trinity tuner and USB cable to connect to my laptop?

I'm in the exact same boat, My trinity is in a loop my jeep won't start and I have a security screen on my Nav screen.
