Hello, I used the quick start guide verbatim yesterday and ended up with a car that will not start. The Intune device saved a backup of the PCM, asked me to select a tune and in this case, I picked the 91 Octane tune. After selecting the tune, the device said it couldn't write or complete the process and prompted me to install the backup. Unfortunately, that too didn't work and now the device is in a loop where it will ask me to install the backup, then turn the key to off, then back on, then back off, etc and nothing happens. The thing is stuck in "recovery" mode. Can someone please help? I planned to go somewhere last night and couldn't because my car is dead.

Did you ever get your problem fixed bro. I have a stage 3 srt4 but i have a hp tuners tune on my car. Im worried about hooking up my trinity up for the 1st time and something like this happens. So i am trying to fing more info on this before i hook it up.
I dont have the origional mopar stage 3 tune anymore, Its a custom hp tuners tune. Will the trinty be able to back this up as a origional tune? I know I need to up load a canned tune for it to save my current tune in my car. I do not plan to use a canned tune. I will copy my current tune on my computer then put it back into my car. I want to send out the tune I have to get tweeked.
So what I would do is hook up the trinity
download my current tune on the trinty
then I would have to upload a canned tune
go to the computer and copy my current hptuner tune to send out
go back to the car and load it back into my pcm and wait for my tune to come back tweeked,
