update error?

2014 dodge ram 1500 5.7 big horn.

Tried to update my tool, mega crom will not download at all , any files below that list can be downloaded except main crom file.
I had to redownload original files in order for my tool to work again and backup factory tune again install my 91 octane tune.
All is working fine with my trinity except no update.
any idea when this delay will be fix?

On the device, go to options, show information and tell me what it lists for part and version.

would this already be the update , cause my tool was showing update available when i tried to update i pretty much got the same problem as everyone else, reinstalling fixed it right away.
i'm running 91 tune on 92 octane here in hawaii.
