intune erased my mustang gt stock tune

hey guys so last week i tried switching up tunes on my 2007 mustang gt. when i plugged the intune into the car a screen popped up saying i needed a update. so i went home and plugged the intune into my computer and a screen popped up saying disk check may take 30 mins... i finally got through that screen and updated my intune... when i finished the update i went back to my car for tuning... i plugged it in and a screen came up saying "this vehicle has already been tuned by another tuner"... i have never used any other tuners on my car. it also said the intune could not find my vin or car at all... so i basically lost my stock tune and am running the 87 octane tune. i cant even change tunes because my car is "already tuned by another tuner" can someone please help me?

well i did email you guys about a different problem that i resolved myself. then i emailed again about this situation and i gave my info.xml and tunes to Michael Mendiburo. dont know if he is a tech who can help me or not. but its been a couple of days since i sent the files in. so i decided to take my issue here because techs like you usually just give customers some quick instructions and they are good to go. hopefully this is the case

we are working on it, short of a dealer flash we need to sort this out on our end.
