HELP! New to tuners.....

Hey guys, just purchased a Trinity for my 2007.5 Chevy Silverado 1500. Just wondering some of the basic stuff.. I want to modify some of the basic tunes but i dont have a single clue what some of the stuff is. Is there like a guide where it says what each selection does? Also where can i find tunes for my truck other than the stock ones it comes with??

Update: found the set up basics thread but still wondering custom tunes. Also how come there isn't just a performance, eco, towing tunes like diesels???

there are no downloadable tunes.. tunes are tied/locked to a vehicle's VIN number and engine calibration ID's.. so a custom tune will only work for the specific vehicle it was created for..

and separate tunes like that are not needed for gas vehicles..
