I'm sure there is some posts about this already and the ones I found, does not help me. I've called many times and have been on hold for over 30 minutes.
I have a I1000. Got if from someone else and trying to use it with my car. It is not married since it says licensed 0/1. Maybe wrong?
The tuner has been connected to the PC many many times, I've tried running the Intune app many times and it just opens my browser for registration. I can see the CD drive in my computed as well as the G: drive for logs and ect. I also did submitted the info for registration but no email or nothing has come in.

veh vin shows my vin (but the veh has been restored to default)
I just want to update the tuner or be guided on how to so I can tune my car, that way I can send the tune file for a custom tune.
This is driving me crazy,and been at it for weeks!
