I have my car tuned with i1000 intune. Now that device has been stolen and I recently bought the i2.
I know restoring the stock tune needs reading PCM but I tried that earlier today and keeps failing to read. HELP!

I don't know if the previous owner tried it on GM.
I just bought it last week to restore the stock files so I can renew my licenses registration as soon as possible, the only car I used it on is the 2010 mustang v6.

this is an i2020 for ford, you'll need to purchase an extra license for this to work on a GM

OK, sorry, t should be working for you.
Are you sure the key is on in the run position?
does the tool start reading or fail right away?

Yeah I been following the instructions exactly how I tuned it the first time but with the i1000
ignition off first then ignition on without starting the engine
it starts reading then it fails (as the picture shown above)
I also tried to call the number in your signature but it kept me holding on the line.. is there anyway I can use your extension so I can call you and solve this sooner?
