JLT CAI 91 tune throwing CEL, Lean codes

hey guys I just put a JLT Series 3 CAI on my mustang and loaded the JLT 91 tune from my intune, but now I'm getting a CEL and lean codes. I found that the Series 3 isn't the correct intake for the tune and i'd need a revised one with the Series 3 added, could a tech help me out with that :lol:
