HELP Please! 2006 chrysler 300c

today when trying to load my stock tune my intune failed to load and went into a recovery loop so i called diablo and they walked me through resetting my intune but now i have no stock tune on my tool it still had the custom toon on it when it got reset so when i try to load toon it says already tooned by diablo unplug and connect to pc but when i connect to my pc it does nothing i do have my stock tune saved on my pc

when the tool says its already tuned, the next screen asks you to cnnect to a pc, let the updater run, and then it will download a stock file to the tool then you load that to the car and you can retune from scratch.
