New owner - Previous tunes on an engine?

Hi,

A while ago I purchased a 5.7 hemi engine from a 2007 dodge charger. I have put this in to an old 73 charger but in order for it to run it required a flashable computer without the skim technology on it, so it has an 05 ram ecu with a base tune. I still have the original 07 charger ecu, am I able to tell from the ecu if it had previously had a tune put on it (to see if it possibly had a cam upgrade etc)? Is there a database that you have that matches up with an ECU serial number or something?
