View engine knocking or spark retarding on U7145

Is there a place I can go on my Predator to see if my engine is retarding my spark advance or if the engine is knocking during
the live monitoring process? Or do I just have to listen for the knock if my Global Spark Adder is set too high?
Worried that I may still be doing damage even if I can't hear the knock... No tuner in my area... Thanks in advance..
