modding 87/91/93 canned tunes?

With this unit, can I mod the tunes it comes with? Or am I limited to modding only the stock tune or running the modded tunes as they come in the unit?

Is there a list of the mods/functions the I2020 can do with the 2016 F150 5.0 that I can acquire?

they are not mass air, its a generic list for all supported 11-up F150
TM is reduced in the tunes.
