MDS wont turn off </3

hello everyone

i have the diablosport intune i2 and i am using it on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L. but I am facing some difficulties when trying to deactivate the MDS.
i am doing the following steps:
1- tune vehicle.
2- advance tune.
3- 91 octane tune.
4- MDS switched to off.
5- etc...

the problem i have is when i press back after setting the MDS 'off' and go back in that menu to double check it goes back automatically to 'on'!

the software is up to date.

can someone help me please on what should i do to turn MDS off?

Did you test drive to see if it was off? Recently I turned mine off on my '09 300c 5.7 and it turned off; although, I noticed the DIC reported it activated when no throttle was applied after WOT. So I tested the difference between setting it on and off and it behaved as it should when I turned it on and was off (except when completely off the throttle slowing down at speed) when I set it off. I recollect noticing what you describe and cleared it by reinstalling the original and returning to my custom tune.

the param does not save the value, simply set it to off then load the tune and it will write the tune with the MDS set to off.
