In tune VIN DATABASE ERROR

Ok so I bought an 07 charger srt8 off a guy and he had this tuner installed on it with custom tunes loaded aswell it but did not include the disc. I tried putting my car back on stock tune the other day and now the tuner has become unmarried to my VIN and when I plug it into my car it says VIN DATABASE ERROR and it won't let me proceed (can't write tunes, adjust parameters). When i plug the tuner into my PC and open it in "My Computer" it only allows me to see the data logs (empty) runtime (contains a file that cannot be opened) and the XML document which will be included in this post. I do not get the intune updater or the main menu for the intune that should load up when you plug it in. How can i fix this issue there are custom tunes on there that were expensive lol.

plug it into a pc and let the updater program run(or run it from the cd rom drive) and then it will work properly after it updates, which may take 30 minutes or so.

there is no updater program that i can find whatsoever

do you see the Diablosport CD ROM drive?

save this to the intune drive, let the tool import it then look for the cd rom drive after the reboot.

ok it has prompted me to download updates for the tuner and they have been downloaded now what

it should work in the vehicle now.
