Not sure if adjustments were saved

Post by PJB4x4 »

Ive got a 2011 Sierra and have a modified tune on it (done thru this forum) and just got bigger tires yesterday.

I adjusted the size and saved the tune and then it said something about uploading the tune that was in it as well.

Was I supposed to do that? Are there now two things loaded or did I overwrite the tire size adjustment?

Ive been very happy with the modified tune and its been great for the past 18 or so months but I needed tires and went bigger. I dont want to lose that tune but also want my speedometer/odometer to be right.

you select the tune you want to install.. choose to Modify the tune.. make your tire size adjustment.. back out until it asks you if you want to Install Tune.. and you have to select YES (green checkmark) to reinstall the tune with the tire size adjustment you made..

Seems like I have an ECM tune (87 octane) and a TCM tune (file name generated on here). I had to modify the ECM tune for the tires and left the TCM alone.

So I need to install both, right?
