Trinity HELP

I have tried to call customer support and it just rings and rings. I have a Diablo trinity sport on a 5.3L 1500 Chevy Silverado and it will not put a tune in it says backup in tool appears to be corrupt (4) and trying to reinstall original backup doesn't work. This is our only vehicle and we are traveling and need this fixed. I've read someone had a similar problem and they went to a dealership and had it reset but when I went to a dealership they wouldn't help and I can't find anywhere that will.
