2012 ford ecoboost i2020 not reconizing the truck

Hi, please help. I have a 2012 ford f150 with a 3.5 ecoboost . when I hook up to the truck its says its not supported do updates. I hooked the intune to the pc for updates and it says its updated. go back to the truck and says the same thing not supported.

I'm running windows 10 on my PC is there a problem with the software talking to the programmer.

Yes, the cal is really old, we can try to update it if you can get me the vehicles box code off the PCM but the best bet would be to get it to a dealer and let them apply the updates, as its way behind the current calibrations.
