I had returned to stock and was trying to retune it.

Same issue and I've called twice and both times have been on hold for 45 min. last time and still holding. When I plug my intune up to computer and try to load tunes an/or hook to truck, it has my loading circle then it freezes mid way. Now, cant load any tunes. All tunes shown are old files?!
