i2 wont load

i purchased an i2 second hand, unmarried. i received the device and plugged it in my car with the key in the RUN position. i click "tune vehicle" then a wheel spins as if it were loading...
nothing happens after that. i waited literally 45 minutes and it wouldnt go passed that so i could tune vehicle. how can i fix this?

Very satisfied with the customer service at Diablosport. Called yesterday and explained my problem. I was told Diablosport would send me a brand new tuner, and i send mine back in return.
It arrived TODAY! Took 1 day to get a replacement tuner. Already updated. Plugged into my car, had a tune loaded to my car within 15 min. Shifts much harder and I can feel all the power right at the pedal when i press it.
Very impressed. Thank you Diablosport!
