Canned 91 Octane tune with modifications.
If I used they 91 Octane tune and made changes then reverted to stock to take my car in for service, is that tune/changes saved and where would they be located in my i2?

no.. the changes you made would not be saved.. when you reinstall the tune, it would be the default tune settings.. you'd need to make your changes again.
