not loading custom tune help!!! plz

i recently upgraded from a predator to the DIABLOSPORT Intune I2 and everything updated but its not letting me drag/drop custom tunes i received from Bama the screen just says "The DiabloSport inTune is designed to increase perf. etc agree to terms:. but it doesn't load/ upload the custom tune.Ive tried for about an hr trying to drag/drop the files. Im using a Mac computer. idk what version its on it shows.

Vehicle- (blank)
GUI- 2r01e
Installer- 2r01c
Updater- (blank)
Logger- 2r01a

went through updater and showed everything was up to date. Thanks for any help or ideas that may help, i might be able to access a Windows computer from work idk if since I'm using a Mac it might be the issue.

you can't use predator custom tune files on an inTune.. different file formats.. you will have to have them recreate your custom tunes using your original backup stock tune file from the inTune..

Yeah I know I sent all my info in when I ordered it from A.M. they sent me a whole new tune for the i2 but it doesn't let me load it into the i2 I tried dragging it to the USB, dropping it into files and doesn't take it. That's the whole reason I got it needing a custom tune for frpp cams and it doesn't even work. !

you have to install one of the preset canned tunes from the intune into the vehicle first, so the intune has the original backup stock tune saved in it..

then you need to send them a copy of that new original backup file from the intune..

they need to recreate your custom tune using that copy of the new original backup stock tune from the intune..

THEN you can import the new custom tune into the intune..

Yeah I did that when they called me for the backup file. So i had to send them it, in order for them to proceed. So when I import the custom tune do I do it with the vehicle back to stock like when I update the tool. Sorry it seems so simple idk why im having a hard time with it

no.. you HAVE to have the preset canned tune installed in the vehicle, so that the intune has the original backup stock tune saved in itself.. otherwise it will not be able to import the custom tune correctly..

Update: Successful custom tune import with a windows computer in case someone else runs into this problem just dragged and dropped easy . MAC OSX suck
