I was suggesting that you use the CMR dealer/advanced section of the forum. This is a general support section that all users can access, the cmr dealer section is private for only cmr tuners, and where you'll find the answers you are seeking...

Not sure if I am posting to the right forum, being new to all this.
I was on a down hill slope in a line-up for a border crossing with car in neutral at idle and just moving ahead 1 car length at a time using the brake for stop and go. After moving this way about 5 times, the RPM's jumped to 1800 then took off as if it was floored. Had to get towed to a dealer who reset the throttle. It ran fine for 250 miles, stopping for gas and rest areas until my hometown border crossing where exactly the same thing happened. It is now at my dealer's and they are not sure what the problem is. Had tuned it myself with my intune i2 a month ago but had it dynoed while out of town(at a reputable performance shop), as none available where I live. Called the shop twice and they assure me it is nothing they did.

Has this happened to anyone else out there? Any suggestions? Just a coincidence?

if it is happening randomly and not right after you load the tune, its not likely in the tune, sounds like a bad sensor somewhere to me.

Thanks Mike. Dodge dealership called at end of the day to say it was back running okay(didn't say what they did) but when they took it out for a test drive it died on them(no high revs) and had to tow it back to the shop and will work more on it Monday. Will suggest about the sensor and post for future reference when they find the problem. Fix one problem and create another? :x

Just got my intune i2 I have a 2014 ram 1500 and I have tried every tune but my truck runs horrible and stalls out. I need major help. I restored my back up,and honestly it's all a big let down. I was so excited for this. Anyone else have this problem?

are you using the easy tune to disable the speed limit?
If so please do it through advanced and try again ;)
