After the shifter software recall. ok to re-install?

I took my 2014 SRT Jeep to get its PCM and Trans control module software updated to comply with FCA's shifter recall. I can feel the thing shift (up) different. I like it but now i wonder if the latest DS version is compatible with it or will it conflict? Mayhap this is just overthinking a non problem. I felt it better to ask here rather than just install and regret. tool not married and i am missing the Trinity difference.

This is the one time i hope for MIKEL to follow up with a " 'cmon man of course it's in the latest version. Install and have fun"

BTW we SRT's had to wait a few months longer for SRT unique software. all other models or engines use a different one.
