HELP!!!!!Can NOT be read by Trinity after tuned by Intune...

I have 2012 Jeep WK2 SRT8, which has been tuned by Intune about 2 yrs ago... unfortunately, I forgot to restore the stock tune prior to taking the vehicle to a dealer, and they reflashed over the stock tune and of course locking the tool out....

Recently, I am planning to do a huge modification with my vehicle including changing the whole engine and the transmission..that I borght Trinity in order to do the tuning...however, Trinity can NOT read the vehicle, and I am Not sure what is going on...

I was told by my friends that once the stock tune has disappeared, or retuned by the dealer, Trinity would NOT be able to read the data on the vehicle..

So, PLZZZZZ..........what can I do now with Trinity to connet to the vehicle....?!?

and btw，what do u mean by ‘work order‘？
did u mean the log files，or anything says they flashed over the stock tune？
