support on hold?

I've been working with support for 3 days now and still i'm waiting to get my tuner fixed. ive done a registry reset and i'm waiting on a file to be emailed to me so i can tune my vehicle again. i'm on hold right now for over half an hour, with 4+ calls today of various times to try and get through.

i started with daniel, but based on what garrett said, my emails never showed up in the support queue. i might be taken care of now though, just importing the diablo files now. my send from address is @hotmail so spam might have gotten it.
