Well it looks like I am jumping on the bandwagon with this from what other posts look like.
My car had to be taken in for service so I restored the original tune with no problem. While it was at the dealership they updated the TCM and PCM. Got back and plugged the tuner in and it was trying to go through and re-setup the car and it came to the point of updating the tuner itself and then getting vehicle calibration stuff and that's where things stopped working. I have tried multiple times to follow it's steps and hit the green check mark to update and plugged it into my pc and it says no updates are available.
I have attached my info.xml. To me it looks like a tune license is available but I am wondering if it needs a forced calibration? When I tried that it just gives me a key to get a password. I had actually called the support number earlier today and after being on hold for about 10-15 minutes I got a guy that just said there had been some sort of merger of companies and he had to transfer me to the Diablo support techs and I was just put in an endless loop of ringing, pause, ringing, pause etc.
Really hoping this is an easy quick fix so I can get tuning back and work on getting a custom tune!
Update: I went ahead and tried to manually update from the files in the stickied "recent releases" and that went well. I hoped it would reset things and force updates again. I then went through the process and am right back at it telling me to plug it in for calibration updates but the intuneupdater2.exe says there are no new updates.
Thanks,
Matt

Re: Issue updating and re-tuning car
Hi Mike. I had finally gotten a response to my ticket from Daniel and the device was able to pull the update. I am actually going through calibration right now and it got to 99% and had me cycle the run position and is currently still at 99% without the icon spinning. It hasn't been too terribly long at this stage so I am going to give it a bit of time in case it's processing things. I don't recall how long this part took the first time I ran it but I seem to remember it took a little while. Is it normal to be at 99% for a while?
Edit: well it definitely is not normal. I finally got home to my pc to hook it back up and looked at info.xml again and somehow it had "missing" in one of the sections. Ran updater again and it got a group-update something. Plugged it back into my car and it finally went through the calibration update as it should and I am currently doing an original backup!
