Diablo Trintiy problem HELP!! Truck won't start

I just purchased a Diablo trinity and went to put it on my truck after I tried updating it. I connected it and the Diablo stopped in the middle of a tune and now my truck won't start and everytime I plug it into my truck again it says that the tune didn't finish and would I like to reset to factory tune and when I try to do it it comes up with an error and won't complete restoring the factory tune and now my truck won't start and has the check engine light on as long as the traction control light. The tuner also won't get off that screen either when I plug it into the computer because it said something about deleting a custom tune but it's stuck on the restore to factory tune and there's no way to delete the custom tune. And also on the computer it won't find the trinity on the software downloaded. Help! How do I start my truck

After this it just restarts it self wether it's plugged into the truck or into the computer... How do I get my truck to start again
