PCM need new calibration update

2005 dodge ram 1500
Intune i1000

Loaded it up on computer and download updates and then says they are installed, do not remove will reboot automatically. Worked. Hooked up to truck.
Says pcm needs a calibration update hit the green check mark says ok to unplug and hook up to computer. Hook it back up to computer nothing happens.

Just going in circles here. Any help?

the tool is already married to your truck, was it at a dealer since you last tuned it?

no I got to reading in the remarks on others site about putting back to stock then try update PCM and it worked.

I had a new PCM installed last week, just passed smog and was trying to tune my 2010 Dodge charger 3.5L. When I plugged in it says needs PCM needs calibration, hook up to PC, i did that, Intune window comes up then i get error code 12002 and the window disappears...???????


Also, i want to delete my vehicle and start fresh, it gave me a 30 digit entry code, hit next and started entering code, (Doesnt make sense that you can only see the first 6 digits, the rest you just hope are correct) hit enter and it says invalid password then too many wrong attempts...

you have a firewall issue likely causing that code.

no need to delete vehicle.

you have a firewall issue likely causing that code.

no need to delete vehicle.

I turned off all firewallls, still nothing happening. plugged back into car and same message comes up....???

I have an intune that I'm trying to marry to my 2014 ram 1500 5.7 and it keeps asking for the calibration update. Have already wrote the new update to intune.
