2007 Silverado Classic - Problems Connecting

I have an issue getting the Trinity T1000 to connect to my truck. It is a 2007 but of the older body style, referred to as the "Classic". The tuner does not want to work at all with this model of truck. I have reached out for support from the web page\support tab twice with no response. I have called 4 times an been on hold after pressing 4 for hours with no answer. At this point I'm not sure what to do.

Here is the problem. I have a 2007 Silverado Classic 5.3l Z71 Crew Cab 4x4 with Automatic Transmission. I have the most recent DS Downloader, got it 3 days ago. T1000 is downloaded to the newest updates, Rev 1r13r. I hook this tuner up to my truck and go thru the prompts to select my truck and it is not there. I have tried to use the SilveradoSS with no luck, Silverado 2500HD no luck, Avalanche no luck, all of the choices display the message "Cannot communicate with PCM" it will retry 2 more times with no luck. I have also tried to use "2006 Silverado 1500" as a choice, seeing how these are basically the same. The tuner will display a message "-11" and retry two more times with no luck. I Hope that someone has had this problem and can assist me to get the tuner hooked up to the truck.

that message either means your pcm was previously tuned and is locked..

or..

you have aftermarket products installed that are blocking communications to the pcm..

Anything aftermarket installed in the truck? i.e did not come from the factory?

make sure anything aftermarket is disconnected/pull the fuse for - anything like aftermarket stereo, subs, amps, nav, alarm, remote start, seat heaters, trailer brake/light setup, etc.. anything like that, their wiring harnesses need to be disconnected/pull the fuses for it before you try to tune anything...

also make sure everything is turned off inside the truck.. lights, radio, heat/fan/blower, do not operate power windows, put your parking brake on, etc...
