2004 Excursion 5.4 Gas

Unable to determine Vin and calibration ID. How do i fix this? Please help unable to use tuner anymore.

Have you used in onthis vehicle in the past?

Please post the info.xml file from the intune drive.

the device simply needs to be updated on a pc then it will work fine.
