New DSDownloader does not load

New DSDownloader does not load after updating through the older version. Have this error when trying to start it:

Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetLogicProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

simply install it from our site, here:
http://installers.diablosport.com/softw ... .3.1.0.exe

The update function sometimes gets hung up.
