Issue with reset please HELP!

I have the trinity tuner on my CTS-V it a 2005, I have had the draining battery, I updated it and left it plugged in last night and it drained the car again, I will unplug at night from now on, but the unit has lost something it was booting and walking me through selecting vehicle, but when you select the car it just loops and has you do it again, if you select demo the unit will boot but if you go to performance it says its been married to a car and show my VIN, if you go to options and select show info it says its not married,???? HELP i messed with it on the way home and it froze with the screen black and the red yellow green lights on solid i tryed unplugging and replugging and it would freeze on the same spot, HELP!!!

let it boot to vehicle selection then open dsdl and let it update the tool.

have it connected to my computer wont let me update because its paired with my car, unit still keeps looping having me select vehicle

you can not update the Trinity if it's locked to your vehicle..

you have to restore the original backup stock tune to your vehicle first in order to unlock/reset the Trinity..

and then you can update it just fine with DSDownloader..

I understand this, the issue is the trinity WILL NOT BOOT it keeps making me select my vehicle then reboots to the same screen its really starting to frustrate me!

as mentioned, when it asks for vehicle selection, connect it to a pc and let dsdl find it then update it, dont select a vehicle until after it has been updated.

I HAVE DONE THAT! it WILL NOT update because it has my stock tune stored in the unit. but to make it worse this morning when I plugged it into my computer the LED's light up and stay on but it will not boot and the screen is just black

Garrett has not replied to my last two emails I sent him a Video of what the unit does, I also told him that I am not interested in spending $100, to get it reset (seems once I said this he stopped correspondence) plus what the dealer is going to charge me to re-flash to stock, when this issue came about when the unit drained the car battery

so Garrett finally responded after a third email to him asking for a response this morning, only to say i need to send the tool and it will cost me. Awesome guys thank for being a big help!

can I just get a force reset code, then ill only be out the money to reset the car at the dealership, I can prove ownership of the married Vin if need be

Looks like i am having a similar situation. Did you get it resolved? I am getting the same message as the pic you posted....
