Multicolor screen during log playback

I am having a problem with my Trinity displaying a log after I save it. When I try to play it back the screen turns into multi color pixles and nothing happens after that. I have tried to update the Trinity but I cannot update it either. Do I need to send it back to you guys or is there something else that can be done?

this ONLY happens when you try to play back a saved log?

Yes, I make a pass while logging, save it and try to replay it and it goes to the multicolor screen. I cannot get any of the information if I connect my laptop also and try to download it that way.

Sorry for the delayed response I just deployed and got to my location.
