Trinity help please !!

I biight a ocm and a trinity t1000 tuner from my friend in usa. I currently live in dubai United arab emirates. 8i have a challenger Rt 2015. So my friend sent the pcm to diablo for refreshing and updating it withh my vin number and information. He sent it to me and i installed the pcm but i just found out i had to reset or unmarry the trinity im trying to call diablo to do this online but no one answers someone help please

he should have done that before he sold it to you, it will be $179 to reset the device, it must be done over the phone, please call in with the tool powered up so we can get you going.
