PCM Issue

i have a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 an i bought an Intune like a year and a half ago. i had the 87 octane tune on it, and havent changed it in a while. yesterday i plugged it in and got the this PCM is not supported message. i have tuned this vehicle!!!!! what the hell?? i updated the tuner last night and still no fix i get the same issue. i cant even restore it back to factory how do i fix this????

has the truck been to a dealer since you tuned it?

Please post a copy of the info.xml file from the intune drive so we can check it out.
