DSDownloader Errors

Hello,

Purchased and received my Trinity tuner today. Been trying to install it in my vehicle all morning(2012 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi). Been trying to calibrate the tuner through the program and it keeps giving me an error "XML parsing error: 'syntax error' at line 1." It also gives me the error saying i am not connected to the internet or behind a firewall when attempting to register the application and device. I can not update to the latest update as well due to the same errors. I have my firewall and antivirus disabled as well as restarting the PC, application, deleting the application and reinstalling fresh from the disc. Running out of ideas guys. Need a hand in fixing this.
