Vehicle Not Supported 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7
I sold a customer an i2010 and he tried using it on his 2006 Grand Cherokee 5.7 but he's getting an error message saying the vehicle is not supported. He updated it and tried again still with no luck. Can you help please? Thank you!

should just need to update again, or post the info file from the i2 drive here so I can check it out please.
