2016 F150 3.5 ecoboost sport lariat

Hi , I have some issue with iTune for Ford f150 , actually nothing is working correctly , I want to start with technical support with not exist , I try call them 1000 times and nothing , nobody pick up phone , no help. Second when I plug tuner to my truck and install program acceleration pedal was not responding- dead, I try few times and nothing ( tuner was connected to my laptop before and have all update) , third after few times trying install program - with out any success my truck is driving worst , some dashboard light are working bad . My biggest question to Diablo technician is - if I have sport mode by pressing button twice and another sport mode on gear stick button how the program can work and can be installed to every 3.5 ecoboost with out this option? this looks like I'm buying not working toy for $400 on my own risk with out any help from seller . Something is not right.

sport mode doesnt have any effect on the tune, thats not an issue.

If you load the tune through the advanced menu it will work as expected, there is a bug when using the easy tune menu and disabling the speed limiter that causes the limiter to be set to 0 MPH which leads to the loss of throttle.
