Vehicle Not Supported
Hi! I just bought i2 inTune and got it all set up and up to date with everything. I plugged it into my car and it is telling me the vehicle is not supported. I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK.
Re: Vehicle Not Supported
do you have the correct inTune i2 for your vehicle application? you need to have the inTune i2 i2010 model...

Re: Vehicle Not Supported
its likely asking you to plug into a pc and check for an update for the vehicle.

Re: Vehicle Not Supported
I received the inTune i2 #i2012. It says it works for 07-15 Wrangler JK. I also plugged it into my Mac and did all the updates. Is there something else I need to download in order for it to work? Or do I need to get the #i2010?

Re: Vehicle Not Supported
no, simply do as I suggested and update it again to get the file it is requesting for the vehicle.

I had the same issue with my 2014 JKU. Here is what they forgot to tell you:mrasanow wrote:I received the inTune i2 #i2012. It says it works for 07-15 Wrangler JK. The vehicle detection is NOT automatic. You need to actually go to a menu to have your vehicle detected.
It is under the "?" at the top right of the screen. Under that menu is "Vehicle Information". Selecting that option will allow you to get your VIN and tune your JK.
The other thing they don't tell you is that the Cals they have created for the JK are broken. The throttle does not respond if you use the Easy Tunes. You can still modify stuff in the base cal/tune but not get the 30 hp/30 torque they claim. "It is a known bug that they are working on."
